Idaho Point Reduction may be completed every 3 years to reduce your total accumulated points by 3. You must take the course before your accumulated points lead to license suspension.
Course Information
6 hours, broken up however you want, is all you need to spend in the Idaho Point Reduction Online. In each of the 8 units of the Idaho Point Reduction Online you will learn using a host of multimedia features like graphics, animations, video snippets, bits of audio tracks and quizzes.
Idaho Point Reduction provides a curriculum that focuses on the following safety issues:
- Human factors –driver, various types of driving impairments and the behavior of other drivers on the road
- Vehicular maintenance and safety
- Various driving environments including city and non-city driving as well as driving in different weather conditions
- Traffic rules and regulations –speed limits, road signs, Idaho-specific DUI/DWI laws, etc.
Final Exam
A score of 70% or above will let you clear the 25-question Final Exam at the end of the Idaho Point Reduction.
